Build a Website

Looking for an experienced full Stack Developer to help me develop 12-16 page website with backend CMS blogging/Articles section. I've been advised to use Laravel, .Net and ASP framework. Core function of the project is to recover user leads\via a multi-page form functions and call to action buttons within the site. Project should be divided into 6 phases: 1. Discovery & Planning Phase - Detailed requirement gathering, wherein key pieces of information such as scope, objective, wireframes and functional requirements for the project are discussed and documented. - Clear understanding of the purpose, business goals, and target audience - Technology stack to be used for development 2. Design & UI Coding Phase - Design team creates more than one prototype of the design, and it is further refined based on inputs from the client. - This phase ensures that the website precisely matches the needs and aesthetic preferences of the client. 3. Development Phase - Functional elements of the website developed. - Coding the business logic, integrating user interface with the backend database, and building custom features - Content management systems, databases, and frameworks are installed - Code complies with current web standards, and is scalable. 4. Quality Control - Project has met rigorous quality standards. - A comprehensive quality assurance of the various developed features is performed: - Browser responsive testing / desktop and mobile - Regression testing - Functional testing throughout the website - Smoke testing - Load testing and performance testing 5. User Acceptance Testing -This phase involves review of the site by the end user/client. - Once the website is fully reviewed and approved by client Please see attached current JPEG files, if your require the PSD files then we will provide all design files once project has been accepted and budget agreed on. This is our current design process, designer required who has the experience to move forward with the project and make a difference with the design flow. Project Scope: - The core business model is to provide homeowners with a free property valuation that will include statistics related to the value of their home. The aim of the business is to educate homeowners to make more informed property decisions related to the ownership of their home. The goal of the website is to reduce bounce rate by easily navigating users to the core function of the website, to provide homeowners with a free property/rental valuation. As per our current design we projected the landing page to define the benefits of a knowing your property statistics and further influence users towards imputing their property/contact details to request a free valuation. - Customers do not need to login or require a backend profile page. - The site should only have to capture leads via multi-page forms. There will be no need to extract data, run any third party API or compile a report. - The home page will be step 1 of the where home owners will input their address, google places API to auto complete the address inputted, from the home page the form is and should be recovered via admin panel regardless of whether the user proceeds with the full form steps. - Locate Address using Google API.
