2D Art for Fantasy / RPG Video Game

I am looking for an illustrator to complete artwork for a video game I am developing. **Please read this post in its entirety before replying with a bid** This is a 2D Fantasy / RPG game that will be commercially sold for all major gaming platforms. This is going to be a 3/4 top down perspective (like the old school Legend of Zelda games). I've attached an image of random art I found online - this highlights some styles that I like. I am pretty open to anything from retro pixel art, to more modern clean art. As long as it looks great and fits the theme, that's all that matters. ARTIST REQUIREMENTS - A) I am looking for an artist with experience in this type of work. B) Ideally, someone who is an active gamer that understands industry lingo. C) Must provide link to portfolio of relevant artwork. D) Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. E) Must transfer full copyright and ownership of all created art to myself - nothing created for this project may be re-used or re-sold in any way by the artist, as again this is for a commercial title. IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY A LINK TO A PORTFOLIO OF RELEVANT ARTWORK, OR HAVE NOT DONE THIS TYPE OF WORK BEFORE, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS - A) 1x Main Character Illustration w/ Animations for: Standing, Walking, Attacking, Casting Spells, Picking up Items, Dying, etc (provided in all 4 directions (left, right, up and down). B) ~10x Enemy Character Illustrations w/ Animations for: Standing, Walking, Attacking and Dying (in all 4 directions). C) ~15x NPC Character Illustrations w/ Animations for: Standing and Walking (in all 4 directions). D) Illustrated Animations for ~20x Spell Attacks. E) HUD / GUI Graphics for Main Game Window, Inventory and Menus. F) Exterior / Interior Environment Artwork - this includes: Seamless textures for ground (rock, grass, dirt, water, etc). Objects for creating exterior scenes (trees, bushes, boulders, rubble, etc). Objects for creating custom buildings (wall pieces, roof pieces, windows, doors, etc). Objects for furnishing buildings (tables, chairs, crates, beds, chests, cups, plates, books, etc). G) ~ 20x Item Graphics for pickup in game / inventory. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS - A) All artwork is to be completed in Adobe Photoshop. B) All artwork will need a transparent background (unless its specifically a background element). C) All artwork must be provided in PSD files with all original layers (as I may need to edit graphics). D) We will negotiate payment milestones that work for both of us. E) Must be willing to provide revisions as necessary (I'm specifically picky on how smooth animations look - if it doesn't look professional / high-quality, its not going to work for me).
