Adult video website creation

I need a website created to allow me to sell the adult videos I produce. I am a photographer, not a computer guy, so I am starting with nothing (except for content). Non members should be able to see an updated page with preview pictures of each new video, a model search page that shows previews of each video that model has been in, and an archive page that shows preview pictures of each video on the site and allows filtering by video type or model. Access to full content will require a paid membership, using ccbill or similar for payment, with options for 1, 3 or 12 months. Members will be able to stream or download each video in a choice of two or three resolutions, and each video will have links to similar content (eg same model or clip type). I will need some sort of interface that allows me to upload new content via FTP or similar. I would like much of the update process to be automated. Ideally, I would upload a zip file containing the video file in each resolution, 10 preview pictures, and a txt file description. I could tag this upload with descriptors for model, content type etc and a desired publishing (go-live) date. This update should then be published to the site and appear in updates, archive, members, and the correct model's page. These updates should also be posted to Twitter and a list of email addresses. I will also need the ability to change pricing and perform basic site maintenance. Hopefully I have provided enough information, I have seen many similar adult sites so I don't think this will be too difficult for someone with the right skills. I can provide links to sites that offer the type of features I am looking for, but won't post them in public in case they offend anyone.
