Intranet Design (HTML)

We are planning to build an intranet for our internal use. The Intranet will feature, important notice, news & happenings, knowledge base, forum, event calendar & user personal task. We are looking for complete HTML /CSS/JQuery based static & responsive website. The website should be view able both in Desktop, Tab & smart phones. The designer will need to follow the given sitemap and prepare at least 3 different layout / story board (JPEG format). After our review / feedback, we will choose one layout from this 3. Then the designer will need to do the necessary HTML/CSS/JQuery codding to develop the website and submit for final review to us. However, the designer will not need to populate any content or no need to use any CMS for this (Only HTML/CSS/JQuery is enough). Site Map : MY BLOG : Blog post by internal writer or external sources MY DOCS : Important docs (product notes, company profile, FAQ) MY TASK : Task & projects assigned & progress MY HR : WHO IS WHO with email address, phone number, Skype of all staff MY NEWS : Latest company news, project launch etc. MY PROFILE : My contact details and credentials MY DISCUSSION : Latest team discussion on different issues MY CALENDER : Project deadline, important dates, holidays More details will be provided to selected freelancer.
