Real state website for Central Europe

Hi there We are requiring a website similar to Trulia or Zillow. Real estate directory with full google map support and all functionality of Trulia website. We are focusing on Central Europe region. Be aware of the central European language. We need, clean and responsive design, with future possibilities for upgrading. It can be a clone of Trulia. Language file so we can translate in the future into different language. CMS Based with full admin back-end support so we can manage the site without any coding or just basic HTML. PHP, Mysql, ajax, js. Can be done on Bootstrap. Functions as searching, adding properties, clicking on tabs, filtering, sorting, uploading images etc needs to be done in as minimum steps as possible using Ajax, pup-up etc. so the page will not reload so offen. Website should be capable of holding millions of listings - SEO friendly. Website should be optimized for speedy data retrieval and fast page loading. Multiple picture uploading in ajax Etc. ## Agency: There should be profile of the company with different information (maybe HTML content that user can add), PDF type of files (upload), listings from agency,.. etc. Also in the future we would like to have possibility of »analytic« statistics of what and where for what price is selling visible to only Agency. Also there should be different »Packages« with different features. ## Featured listing: We need to have for premium listing. Different payment options (Pay per SMS paypal,...etc). ## User: User can register/login with different social sites like Facebook, g+, Instagram, twitter,..
