Build a Website

I would like to build a site that is a hybrid between Angie's List and eBay. This will be a web site where users can search for handymen such as plumber, electrician, carpenter, locksmith etc. I've booked web site hosting with Crazy Domains. My main site requirements are: - On the first landing page, users should be able to choose the country. First 2 countries I'll be doing are Australia and USA, but I will need the ability to add/delete other countries later if needed. - After selecting the country, users should have the ability to search by category of handyman - and then state, city, post code, name, by current location, highest rating etc. - Once users have found a handyman they want to use, they will pay a certain amount to book that handyman (but I will need to have the ability to turn this off and make it free if I need to) - The handymen will then get notified by email or sms through my web site, and they will then need to quote a minimum amount the user will be charged. If they do not reply within a certain time frame, then the user will be able to rate them on reply timeliness. - But if handyman replied with a minimum quote and user agrees to this amount, a set percentage of this amount will be charged from the credit card or paypal account the handynan would have registered with my web site at the beginning. Again, I will need to have the ability to turn this off and make it free if I need to. - If handymen decides to charge more after going to the user's house, then there should be the ability to enter this additional amount on the web site with the set percentage charged again. - Once the handyman completes the agreed job, the user will need to have the ability to rate them (on a rating scale to be decided) - There should be a feature where handyman is able to turn off their availability on the web site if they go away on holiday. - SEO, and the usual pages such as About us, Terms and Conditions , social media plugin etc. I already have a logo, and you will need to design the web page colours, schemes, pictures etc. around this theme. IMPORTANT: You will also need to allow unlimited revision, for me to test it until I am satisfied with the end product and also for some modifications as this project progresses. If you're not sure you can do all of the above, then please don't bid and ask me questions first.
