I am looking for a wordpress theme. I want to build a blog/site with different tops.

The theme has to have some particular signs that denotes it is a blog with tops and charts.

The wordpress theme has to be in css 2, with no bad sectors.

For every post:

it can be voted ( 1-5 stars )

show related post

2 sidebars on the right

footer sidebar

header sidebar

On the header i want to have

random posts, top posts ( by the vote), most coment posts

I need help with the super cache plugin too

ps: After finish this project I want to know the posibility of improving or changing in the future by the same coder. Ofcourse he will then be paid seprately.

corection: the random, top comment and top voted posts have to be in the footer
