RUSH job, sanblast vinyl window design - deadline 3. sept.

Rush Job. PROJECT HAS TO BE FINISHED BY [login to view URL]! As this is project has a deadline of 3. Sept. only freelancers that understand the project and got the time to finish before that deadline are welcome to bid. For a customer we need a design made for some windows. The window design will be produced in 3M 5525 sandblast vinyl. The customer don't want it to block out all light and view, but it should make it harder to look into the area. You should be able to look out of the patterns/symbols/design that is cut in the vinyl, but it should not be so much patterns etc. that it’s easy to look in. The only demand the customer has is that the city emblem/arms is included into the design in some way. When it comes to the design they want something modern visually pleasing to look at, it should also reflect that it's for the city hall. All designs have to be vector files with curves ready for vinyl cutting. This means absolutely no Photoshop files! Only Adobe illustrator artwork. Relevant file names: Measurements_10%.ai: this is the AI file with the measurements scaled down to 10%. We want the finished design to either be put in this or something similar to have a professional look that we can show to our customer. Kommunevå[login to view URL]: This is the city emblem/arms. So try not to base the entire design on this, but if you can use it feel free to. Div. pictures: The pictures shows the windows the vinyl will be put on. Freelancers must understand English and mush be professional. Freelancers that are impolite or nags will be excluded from the project without further explanation.
