Need Website Header With Logo

The project is to work on the psd of this open source theme [login to view URL] you will be required to construct a new header exactly the same size as the one in place, this header also contains a div with the logo, this div is the bit that says "LOCAL STORE Online Shopping Centre" this will need a text based logo, again it needs to be exactly the same size as in the demo. The header is to be for an online electronic cigarette store, the name of the website is [login to view URL] (its not online yet), the logo is to say in larger letters "Haze" and below it "electronic cigarettes" So briefly, the theme doesnt need changing, you will working to compliment the colours that are already present in the theme, the logo image ([login to view URL]) size is to be 212px x 54px the header_bg size is to be 951px x 102px The logo is to be scale-able on a transparent bg, the header_bg needs the girls taking out and reworking with an "e-cig" style that compliments the rest of the theme. Use your artistic imagination, and work on the word "Haze" for the logo, and provide a drop dead header as a background to the logo. I will need to see samples of your previous work before awarding the project, this is a relatively easy and small task for someone with photoshop design skills and artistic flair so i cant realy see a reason why the budget should exceed $50 USD, if it does then it has to be really special The PSD is attached.
