Note taking & keep track of book reading app (Android / Flat UI)

We need a skilled mobile app developer to create an Android app (target Android 4.1 and later). Purpose of the app will be to keep track and make notes while reading through different books (detailed description will be provided to suitable candidates). The book content is not included in the app, rather You will just see lists or grids with books, chapters and pages that You can select. You should be able to mark pages as read and add personal comments and notes based on each page. Pages are grouped by chapters and books. For example „Book 1“ contains 5 Chapters and each Chapter has 10 pages (there will be a detailed list with all books, chapters and pages). Once a page has a note attached, it should be visible on the page itself, as well as on the chapter and book that this page belongs to. As a second part of the app You should be able to create note documents (similar to the app „Papyrus“ or „S Note“ on Android or other standard note taking apps) and link those to 1 or more pages. Also You must be able to create a folder structure to place and store the note documents. All note documents should of course be editable, updatable and deletable. It should also be possible to delete or change the linked pages and be exportable as pdf-file. Suitable candidates must have good knowledge in developing mobile apps that handle a great amount of database transactions. In total the pages that this app will contain are over 30.000. We will prefer candidates that have prior experience in similar apps and also let us know if You have knowledge with some open source libraries usefull to complete this app. We strongly consider to implement the Samsung SPen-Library to take notes with SPen on various Samsung devices. The possibility to make this app multilanguage should be given by providing us the ressource files with text strings. Please let us know the development tools You use (for example Eclipse or Android Studio for Android). Android design guidelines should be well known and considered. All design (should be modern flat ui) and development will be done by candidate and source code or entire projects should be made available after completing the project.
