A microphone is attached to a standard Adobe NetStream that is connected to a local UDP socket so that loopback can intercept the Speex formatted output. That output needs to be pushed in to another Netstream (through a second UDP loopback to which that netstream is connected). That's it. If you know the internal protocol of NetStreams/NetConnections, you know how to handle the order of commands and it's just a 1 hour job. If you don't know what I'm talking about, please don't bid! It should be FULLY AS3 based functions (which is not that difficult, basically it's just catching some packets!) to catch and forward.

FIXED PRICE: $200
