Price Action EA for Metatrader 4 (MT4)

I need a new Expert Advisor programmed for MT4. Requirements: 1) It must only be based on price action. There are many types of price action strategies that can be used. For example, support/resistance lines, pivot points, candle patterns, etc... The choice is yours. NO INDICATORS CAN BE USED! 2) It needs to produce consistent profits. They don't have to be huge profits though. Just small and stable profits are all that is required. 3) The EA must not blow the account. For example, some EA's look good in back testing in the beginning because they hold on to trades too long, and then after a while, the test stops because of insufficient margin. 4) I will need full source code of the EA and I must have unrestricted access. 5) I will need full rights and ownership of the EA. 6) The EA cannot be a duplicate of another EA in existence. It also cannot be a cracked or decompiled product. 7) I will need to see proof that it performs well. For example, multiple back test reports. The back test reports can NOT depend on interpolated data. Metatrader only provides data as small as 1 minute. So it simulates ticks to mimic the real market. So if the EA will use a strategy with a small trailing stop, for example, this is invalid. Some EA's like that look good in back testing, but perform horribly in live market testing because of the simulated ticks used in back testing. 8) The source code must be clear and error free. Also, no custom DLL is allowed. I can not release payment until I am certain all the above requirements have been met. So please do not bid otherwise. If you expect early payment before all the requirements have been met, please do not bid.
