MS Word VBA Macro to replace words with links using data from Excel

I am preparing a large amount of html articles. I type them in MS Word, then convert them to html.
I want to add links to keywords, but instead of doing so manually for thousands of articles and hundreds of words, I want to automate the process.
The links will be going to my website.
I will have an excel sheet with 2 columns, one for the term and one for the url slug.
I need an MS word macro to do the following when I run it:
1- go to the excel file, grab the first term
2- search the article for this term and add a link to it, using the slug in the excel sheet (The macro need to have the fixed part of the url and i provide the variable part).
3- repeat the process for the next term..etc
Please note that the terms will be in Arabic.
I created a macro to add a link to Arabic words, but it had to use hex decimal codes. it can be found here:

Please think about the code and test before bidding. I don't want to get stuck with a developer who thinks about the job after getting it.
