Programatically populate an Excel spreadsheet using C# -- Office Automation is allowed.

This project involves programatically populating an Excel spreadsheet. The solution must be a console application written in C# that reads the data from an input file, opens and populates a Excel template file I have provided, and then saves the results in another Excel file. The template file contains a significant number of fields, but I only need help populating the fields that involve pressing a button on the spreadsheet. The solution may use Office Automation although I would prefer a solution that did not (however, I realize it may be extremely difficult to populate the spreadsheet without automation). I have enclosed a zip file containing a Word doc describing the requirements in detail, the template file, a sample output file that I generated manually to provide an example of what the resulting spreadsheet should be like, along with the data I used to manually create the file. Note that the template spreadsheet contains buttons that run macros that allow additional data to be inputted so in your solution so your solution will most likely need to programatically click those buttons. For example, if the input data contains two "Deferred Maintenance" items, your program would need to click the "Add Deferred Maintenance" button to make the second Deferred Maintenance row visible so that the data can be added . Please read the attached requirements doc for more information. Note that this project originally required that Office Automation could not be used however I have since dropped that requirement,
