I have an existing Software then have been written using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft and need some modifications and additions to current software. These are as following;
Reports
• When a (Voucher or Account sale) is used to pay for something then it is not included on the Cash Inflow. But a separate Row for each to show total amount paid so far this year using these options.
• When someone pays towards to their account to include that payment to the Cash Inflow.
• On Z Report Shows how accounts have been paid for that day
Total Account Paid £0.00
Cash £0.00
Card £0.00
Cheque £0.00
Voucher £0.00
• On Z report have a total amount taken in for day including the Gross Amount and Total Amount of Accounts been paid.
• Be able to print out past Z Reports as well as open Past Week Reports, Month reports, Year Reports
• On Z reports Departments to show the Following information below
Total VAT Items Amount
Total NON VAT Items Amount
Department Total VAT Amount
Main Till Page
Have the ability to set Department default Tax Code for misc Items.
Customer Receipt
• When Customer has put a sale onto their account to show up on their receipt there total balance owed or in credit.
Label Printing
• Have the ability to print labels with the product Barcode, Price and Name of Product on it.
• To be able to print on at standard A4 page of labels with 40 labels on and be able to select where to start printing labels from.
