Looking for someone to help taking some tasks off my plate. Things such as monthly expense reports, travel planning (IE I need to go here and here and here these days, tell me the flights and times and hotels to use best priced and most convenient) As our relationship progresses booking of the travel would be the next step. Adjusting / Reformatting Powerpoint presentations, checking for errors, adding calculations and bullet points. As well as any other tasks. Excel is probably the most important, you should be very very well versed or willing to learn, I have no problem training the right person This has the potential to grow into a full time salaried position within the company and benefits (as a work from home) Candidate must be in the USA and speak fluent English as the role may evolve to allow direct client interaction When applying please be sure to include the word waffle in your cover letter so I know you have attention to detail and read this entire posting Please ask questions you have and / or provide examples of things you have done which may relate to the needs of this posting. And finally the absolute single most important thing will be response time, things need to get done, and ETAs need to be communicated I cannot be waiting on things or checking back to see if they are done. If something takes 30 minutes to complete, I will expect it to be done within 2 hours from when requested. You should be comfortable talking on the phone with me to discuss things and call with any questions.
