Greetings from London!
I have been in Learning & Development (L&D) sector since 2004 and I design/ edit course agenda/ outlines, conduct initial training needs analysis (TNA), write precourse questionnaires, prepare baseline analysis/survey (when required), "translate" for the hired independent consultants/ trainers the gaps in the delegates' knowledge and what the L&D managers have identified as key learning areas to enhance.
I also assist trainers design the programmes for them to be fully engaging, interesting and customised. Now if the courses are public, the tailoring gets tricky but by including a brief but comprehensive TNA prior to the delivery of the programme, my trainers gain the valuable benefit of having a clearer idea of who will be attending their courses, where the gaps in the knowledge are. These insights help the trainers to focus on what they do best -- to deliver a highly interactive, tailored course which the delegates will love and reward by giving the facilitator an excellent evaluation score.
In addition, I can assist with sorting out the training materials so they are up to date, properly branded and not too long/ not too sort or more importantly, that they are in order. For some trainers, they prefer the handouts to be in separate files from case studies/ workshop sheets which are handed out as the course progresses during the day.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,
JoyZ
