Although I am not working as a physiotherapist, I have to keep learning to keep my registration current (CPD), so I am well versed in the best diets for a variety of situations.
I will recommend the best plans based on your clients' goals - to lose fat, gain muscle, generally get fitter, train for endurance events etc as well as other details like body size, gender, age, general activity level outside of gym.
