Hi, We would like to share process flow diagram which, We could able to understand is your demand. Primary Material : 1. PVC Pipes, 2. Vinyl sticker Machine Process : 1. Put the pipes on a conveyor 2. Put the Stickers in a hopper 3. Press Wrap switch on controller and machine will start to paste sticker on a pipe conveyed by conveyor by rolling the pipe at the end position. 4. After wrapping the pipe this should store into a bin by drooping or by a robotic arm. 5. Optionally, we can use a PLC for taking the process statistics and better controlling. If PLC not desirable then we can do the same by Timers and shot counters. This design will all done by us with proper documentation and manuals.
