I am a UAV research engineer and we designed and manufactured several UAVs which are 38kg, 50kg and 4kg(hand launched). I can design the airframe for yourUAV without the electronics. you can see our 50kg aircraft if you see my portfolio. it has a cruise speed of around 55-60kts. Our 38 kg UAV has a cruise speed of 50 kts as your design and it has a takeoff speed of around 41 kts. Aircraft was made completely with carbon fiber. only the main landing gear is made of glass fiber. Also you can see the ground control station that I designed and manufactured for this UAV system.
