R&D Consultant / Technical Consultant for Electro-Mechanical Products for Railway Industry (Overseas Consultant(s) are welcome to apply)

Project Remuneration will be based on role, expertise and time involvement and would not be a limitation for the relevant candidate. Roles & Responsibilities: • New products design and development; products up gradation for Railway Industry Globally. • Effective Technical management from conception till final industry approval of various products - Switch gear, Electromechanical, Pneumatic & Electro-Pneumatic, Electromagnetic Rotating, Electromagnetic Static and Control Products/Systems. • Technology inputs for new product designs, development and monitoring for their quality and timely completion. • Value engineering, reliability improvement, design reviews and up gradation of company products/systems. • Documentation support and Intellectual Property control & management. • Process development and its validation/certification. • Support Sales, Marketing and Field Service teams for RFP (request for proposal) preparation and resolution of any technical issues. • Manpower utilization, training & skill up gradation of design team. • Act as technical lead for Infrastructure augmentation/development for R&D. • Experienced and Qualified Applicants for both/either onsite services (NCR India) and online involvement can be considered.
