Custom Mailchimp Email Template

Project Description: We are looking for someone to design a custom email template to use with "MailChimp". This email template must allow our client to easily edit it. Template should have sections for the following, although some months one/all of these sections may not be included: - sale - events - photos This person should be creative and think of ways in which the newsletter can be sent out several times a month without it appearing like spam. Please list in your proposal how you expect to handle this. The template should be similar to the client's website design as to stay consistent with branding.
