My site, that now have been developed in about 1,5 year are beginning to be ready. The product basis are made out from a basic need the companies in this niché need. There will be recuring income from the customers since this is a subscription service. WHAT ARE NEEDED I am now in the phase where I look for experienced people that can work in groups. With this I mean country managers* (CM) and division managers* (dm). I am now collecting contacts and will choose the best people to make out the different CM - and DM - groups. I am looking for all type of people that have experience within sales, networking, branding, coaching and more. The aim are to design powerful groups that togheter can make a good income for themselves and of course the company. HOW IT WILL WORK Each CM will get a provision of the affiliate & seller network that are made in the country - This will be the sallary. The Cm's responsibilities is to get good qualified DM's. Under the CM's there will be DM's. Their main responibility is to get affiliate & sellers that again make sales and building their network of affiliates. How this works out, payment and other will all interested receive. THE PLAN The plan is to make different CM groups to different areas in each country. Each group member will get the synergy from each others cotribution to get this to be a good income. PAYMENT Each CM and Each DM get a provision from the networks their building and have responsibility for.
