Change from an Ebay Store toa Shopify Store

I have an Ebay Store w/5000 items. I have just opened a Shopify account and used their Shopify Application to move these 5000 items into my Shopify Admin area. I have stopped at this point. I have NOT set up a Shopify store. \r\n\r\nAll Ebay store pages were designed using old HTML templates. Horrible looking. I need to remove the template design and have the titles, images, prices, and descriptions for each item put into a better design. I need be sure buyers can search my Shopity store and that the design is SEO friendly.\r\n\r\nI can not define what I need better at this time. I must know if my Ebay store can be changed to Shopify at a reasonable cost. Other considerations depend on the answer.\r\n \r\nI do NOT need a complicated elegant design or solution. I have sold on Ebay for 15 years. I know my market.
