One Year Project. Continuous requirements will come for next one year. The work will be on Magento 2.0 Requirement:- 1) Order Cancellation By User: User can cancel any order till some specific time and period. User Will be logging into his/her account & Can cancel any order. Once order is sent for the delivery, user can not cancel the order. Here return and refund will come in picture. 2) Return and refund: If User wishes to return the product, User can generate return id directly. by logging into his/her account & punching the order-no. Once the Return ID is generated, it will be assigned to Warehouse,Logistics team,System admin & Customer care team. The logistics team will arrange for reverse pickup. Once product received from the customer we will give some wallet amount to user. for example:- if user's purchase order was $100 then we will not return that amount. Instead we will add it as wallet amount. so user can use that amount in next purchase. Note:-If you need extensions for this task, please suggest. So we can go ahead and provide you.
