Build an online form on a Drupal website with around 70 fields that is simple to use and looks professional. Send the completed form to the website owner's email address as an attachment. The attachment should be editable,so that more information can be added manually later. I am open to other solutions that allow the user to fill out a complex online form, the information is sent as an attachment to the website owners email address and then that information can be edited and added to. This needs to look good as it will be shared with clients. Please let me know what similar experience you have had, adding a link to online work where you have created something that has been styled well. Thank you.
