P/T Digital illustrator/designer cover for 2/3 months

We are looking for someone with experience using Illustrator and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite, to create digital illustrated assets for children's mobile games. The position is a part-time (2-3 days a week) temporary vacancy, to provide cover for 2-3 months, starting at the end of June. Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of vector artwork, specifically showing children’s games/products they have previously worked on. They will be able to work to a set style, producing digital assets from sketches and combining our existing assets to create game backgrounds, characters and props for use in our mobile app. Knowledge of importing assets into Unity would be a big bonus, as would experience animating using Spine. It would be advantageous if you have experience producing artwork and packaging designs for print. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, efficient, hardworking and flexible. At times you may be asked to complete tasks outside of those listed above, so adaptability is a must. This role will require you working across a variety of software, including project management tools, please specify project management tools you’ve used in the past. The Company: We are an educational children’s app company. Location: We have offices in London and Cardiff, however, remote working is of course a possibility, providing you are close to GMT, as we will need to be able to communicate throughout the working day.
