Prepare Powerpoint/Jupyter notebook materials for course on Data Mining in Python

Due to lack of time, I'm looking for another data scientist with background on teaching/tutoring that can prepare materials for a 20-25h course on Data Mining in Python. The course outline is the following: 1 - Introduction (The Python Stack for Data Science; Jupyter Notebooks) 2 - Simple Data Manipulation (Pandas Structures; Loading and Persisting Data; Inspecting Data; Slicing Dataframes; Relevant methods and str accessor; Narrow transformation with apply/map) 3 - Collecting Data (Usual data formats: csv, excel, json; Big data format: parquet; Web data: HTML or API) 4 - Data Summarization (GroupBy; Split-apply-combine pattern; Combining multiple DataFrames; pivot Tables) 5 - Data Quality and Preprocessing (Missing Values; Redundant Data; Inconsistent Data; Noisy Data; Outliers) 6 - Statistics (Frequencies; Descriptive Statistics; Correlations; Distributions; Central Limit Theorem; Dimensionality Reduction) 7 - Visualization (Univariate Plots; Bivariate Plots; Multivariate Plots) Requirements: Each of the 7 topics should have both: one powerpoint file with a theoretical introduction of each topic; and a jupyter notebook file (with python 3 code) with examples and well prepared markdown text. Do not forget that the topics should be presented in a total of 20-25 hours. So, please include enough materials for that amount of time. If the freelancer does a good job, we can work again for more courses that I need to prepare in the near future, on related subjects.
