PROJECT VS 10 – WEB PUBLICATION AND INFORMATION RESEARCH ON KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Please review the following scope summary and address the following questions in the course of providing a full quote: A) Project Scope This project involves web based research to locate key performance indicators (KPI’s) that are identified in various web sources and digital platform sources. These may include company web pages, blogs, consultant web pages, social media channels, etc. that are in the public domain. The key performance indicators may be financial, marketing, sales, operations, etc. oriented. This is not lead generation and no direct contact or interviews are required with any of the firms in this phase of the research. You will enter the findings into a digital survey and you must also reference and cite the information source and provide a copy of the source information in an uploaded common file format (WORD, PDF, EXCEL, JPG). The survey software will track your completion for each qualified source. A source may be a written blog, a magazine article, a news article, a research paper or journal article, a published document or report that is in the public domain, an infographic, a dashboard, a white paper, a conference report, etc. The research per source may take 10 seconds to 10 minutes depending on your research speed, information sourcing and quick distillation. The survey data entry time will be 3-10 minutes depending on your data entry speed into the web survey instrument and the number of key performance indicators per source. To qualify, each source must have at least 5 key performance indicators entered on an organization wide or functional basis. This project will be of interest to someone who is familiar with web research, business research and data entry. You are expected to conduct the work with a minimum of supervision. Confidentiality and non disclosure provisions are part of the Project Agreement. B) Project Quote based on Volume and Time to Complete Please quote unit cost per source completion and the minimum milestone payment. both the firm fixed cost and indicate the time to complete each sized data set 1) minimum 100 separate sources 2) 200 sources or more in increments of an additional 100 The preferred timeline is to complete the scope of work for the quote within 10 days of selection. C) Payment The price paid will be on a per source unit basis for each qualified completed source. Payment will be made terms are on completion of the selected data set on a milestone quota basis by meeting full information compliance requirements for each submitted source. D) Questions 1.
