Small company looking for a virtual assistant with experience in customer service, to place orders and follow up with warehouse as well as answer customer inquiries. Candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, must speak fluent English and be computer literate. Must be able to work in real time, respond to email inquiries, telephone inquiries and be the liaison with logistics. 2-3 hours per day 11am-2pm Monday through Friday ($15 Per Hour).

A pleasant day to you. I'm Melissa and I'm your aspiring VA from the Philippines. I've read your job posts and I'd like to have the opportunity to work with you. I've been a VA for 6 years and have done work on quite a good number of online business models. I did SEO writing for Adsense websites, Amazon Affiliate websites and even managing a website and social media accounts. Much of the work I've done however is for eCommerce, notwithstanding Shopify, Amazon & eBay. Some of the tasks that I've done for are as follows: - finding suitable products for sale - writing product descriptions and reviews - finding leads and being in correspondence with them - fulfilling orders and seller central account management. - managing CRM - customer support Having worked for an eCommerce business I was usually in touch with a number of people. I talk to suppliers (existing and potential) to warehouse people, Amazon and sometimes with customers themselves. I would have to be honest though that much of these correspondences are done via email and rarely via a phone call. I may need some guidance on that aspect, especially on possible software for me to use to receive and make calls from the Philippines. However, I am a quick learner and rest assured I'll be able to get my head around things quickly and effectively.
