Our rapidly growing law firm located in LOS ANGELES is looking for an upbeat, organized, and reliable bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH) front office person to join our team. MUST have previous EXPERIENCE in front office. JOB DUTIES DUTIES: - Greeting/checking clients in/out - Answering phones - Booking client appointments -Keeping client database organized -Collecting legal information for clients -Filing Documents CLERICAL FRONT OFFICE: - Greeting Clients - Answering phones - Entering Client Appointments into our system -Making confirmation calls - General office administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, etc) REQUIREMENTS: -Front Office Experience - BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word - Ability to work independently - Positive attitude -Coachable - Legal background a plus but NOT necessary, we will train Experience using CRM is preferred but not necessary.
