Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

I am a music producer. Because of that, I am tasked with creating a google spreadsheet (similar to excel) of a list of data entries. The list is a PR list of various music blogs, their personal email address, their first and last name, links to social media, and other various things (will tell you more about it).
I want to hire someone to use hype machine (a website that curates a lot of music blogs) to search for specific artists who make similar music, find the blogs that have posted their content, and find the above information to add to the google sheet.
Would like to have a list of 150-250 different entries to start with, and maybe more later on. It's not hard, only time-consuming. I will send personalized emails to the blogs myself once I have the list.
I want to interview with potential clients via Skype! Clients that like electronic music have a huge advantage of being hired over other clients.
