1, I am developing a specific tool for potentially thousands of users belonging to about 6 different segment types such as Accountants, Directors etc. 2.I need to get guidance on which tools to use 3.I also need some guidance on the development process - Which do I do first - identify all I want to do and develop each solution one by one or start developing the solutions and let the big picture of all I want to do emerge over time
