Hello! We are an ecommerce company that have it's origin in Romania. We are looking for NATIVE ROMANIAN SPEAKER for this position as a "ROAS hunter". You will work remote, from your phone or laptop, however you feel more comfortable. Responsabilities: -Responding at mails -Checking Facebook comments -Responding on Faccebook Messenger -Unholding orders -Calling the clients that have incomplete data -Register orders Detailed responsabilities: Mail: You will have to respond to mails at least 2 times/day. Facebook comments: check Facebook comments from max. 30 to 30 mins, delete the unnecessary comments and respond kindly to the others. Facebook Messenger: respond on Facebook Messenger to clients from max. 3 to 3 hours and register their orders as a simple copy-paste job. Unholding orders: check if the data entered by the customer is correct and unhold the order as late as 2PM everyday. Calling incomplete data clients: some of the customers won't complete the full adress and they need to be called for confirmation as late as 2PM everyday. Register orders: if you have customers in comment section, messenger or mail that want to place an order, simply register their data in the order form as late as 2PM everyday. E interesantă funcția de "vânător ROAS". Ceea ce cereți nu e un capăt de lume. Ași vrea o detaliere mai bună a ceea ce trebuie să fac ca să vă pot da un răspuns.
