Front End XHTML Designer for Mobile Site

We are developing a mobile web site and need a capable, detail oriented individual to turn our Photoshop layouts into functional XHTML that will work and look consistent on all major mobile phone browsers. This project is quite small -- we have around 15 screens, many of which are only boilerplate (banner + content). Each screen is small (240x340) and quite uniform. Speed is a priority--we need to hand these off to our engineering team pretty quickly--but should not come at the expense of the final HTML/CSS, which we will expect to be using for a long time. What you are responsible for: * Converting Photoshop designs into high quality XHTML/CSS. * Coding tight, fast loading, standards compliant XHTML/CSS * (Very minimal) Javascript * Making XHTML/CSS frontends works smoothly across all major mobile phone browsers on current platforms Requirements: * A proven track record of successful UI Design development projects. * Development experience in a mobile phone environment strongly preferred (Please indicate in your reply if you have this) * Clean CSS design (in separate files) * Use of sprites for images to save bandwidth--we can guide you on this if needed * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively * Must be organized, able to act independently * Must have an eye for detail Interested parties, please include the following: * How long it will take to complete this task. * How long you have been doing this work and how many projects you have completed. * Samples of your work (please include all relevant files). * Include the words "plentiful fortitude" in your response so that we know you have read this post in full.
