Have a Drupal 6/HTML 4 website. We want to slightly update the homepage by: - removing current flash - replace with 4 blocks containing an image, some text overlay on image, and a brief description below the block. It should also link through to an innerpage. Must be self manageable. - update footer region based on new layout. Instead of having ALL quick links, we want to break it into 3 regions. Quick links | SNS tools | Contact Us - need 2 more menu items added in Primary Menu. Although we can do this ourselves, there is a slight CSS issue with the text format. When making the changes, we need to keep the changes viewable ONLY for people logged in to review and agree to. Only then will it all go live at once. Need immediate update.
