Senior US based American Writers and Editors Sought (Ad.))

You must have Skills and deep knowledge in: HR, Marketing, Advertising and Editing + Re-writing. I am looking for 2 Senior American writers who are long experienced in editing and re-writing as well as creating/writing fresh text copies, slogans, and word playing pieces for advertising from scratch. Lighthearted style and more styles wanted. You will be working on the copies that I already created and also you will create your own new/fresh copies as well based on my needs that we will discuss together to create. To well fill out this position, you must have the following skills which I could say a must: 1. Writing and editing the advertising copies and HR copies/texts/job ads, etc. You will need editing skills as well as technical skills and terminology that will allow you to well use the words to fit each industry where the text will refer to or talk about. For example, if writing or editing a job ad text: At least you know how to use the inspiring words and right terms for the HR sector/field and you drive the meaning to the next level. These are what I really look for and I have these kinds of tasks very often. So, you must be very careful reading this requirements before you bid. Dont just bid and then we will just waste time when you can not reach these requirement. As we will test a 200/300 word copy and we discuss the skills and potential of what to do next before we start working right on this project itself. 2. You need to know what is Marketing and how the marketing works. Deep knowledge in advertising writing and how advertising words affect the readers and how an effective ad will attract readers and push for actions. So, your knowledge (previous and existing) in the ad field is much needed. As I will have to ask you to re-write the copies of AD texts for: YellowBook. For newspapers, etc. (Ads). 3. Then your HR knowledge is needed when you write the JOB Announcements and we will have different job announcements for you to re-write, edit and create. You knowledge in HR and HR terminology, business terms, and words that inspire are also sought. You have all these skills combined, you can work with me long time. We will negotiate the rates that both of us are happy. But you should also have time to work as well. I will have a lot of existing texts that are in these 3 categories to be re-written/reviewed. You must be American and have at least 5 years in writing the texts in the said fields (not general fields). You must have been actively getting involved in these fields. You will look over what we have and improve the quality of the writing and texts that we already had. So, extensive knowledge in these skills are needed. Sometimes, you do Website text editing related to the services we offer, too. This will need your writing skills and experience to help polish and improve our website contents as well. So, please be informed of this too. 4. Your Timeline: You have time during this week to check and complete everything within this week. This will lead to long term editor and senior writer for our group. Then we will continue to work on other texts that I have that will need you to review. Please submit your CV/Resume or state your experience in 1. Marketing & Advertising (experience in the field and writing in these fields). 2. Editing Skills (American style and play words, use right terms for each industry to be written about). Again: Availability for work regularly and often; and strong skills in terminology and word usage for the AD field and HR. Please tell me how would you charge, and how would we work together? Tell us how many days per week you will be available, etc. And state your rate per 100 words if you have such rate. Or we will negotiate or you give me the price quote after you see my work.
