We are looking for an expert programmer to prepare G code program for solid works 2019 part ( Impeller) as per simens 840D controller to drive 5-axis Jyothi EX1270 Machine. Person need to have expert knowledge and experience on tool selection based on the Impeller, CNC 5-axis Machine and local availability. Programmer need's to support multiple iterations to ensure the program is tuned to reduce no of machine hours and tools change. Person need's to enough patience and commitment to complete the ask without brakes or interruptions. Please do not bid the lowest amount and ask for source files then increase the price... Person should be professional in communication and working style.

Dear Employer, -I have more than 15 Years of experience in CNC Manufacturing sector along with 11 Years of Experience in Aerospace Domain. -I also have experience working on Multi-Axis Parts with ease and had also done lots of Parts prove-outs at UK Aerospace Customers. -I have extensive knowledge of cutting tools and cutting parameters specially used in VMC Machines. I can handle this job very well. I use Autodesk PowerMill CAM Software to do the programming, However I don't have the required post processor for your machine to post the programs. You will have to arrange the post processor file for yourself from any other resource. Thanks!
