need to access a cisco asa 5510 and add open a couple of ports for cctv. we having trouble to access it. Also can't access Adsm for some reasons so we would like to get this diagnosed and also setup. (in case we need to access it onsite via com port, so be it (still would need help) Plus in an ideal world we would like documentation for the steps carried out

There are many ways to resolve the current issue but mostly it depends on what you have already done to get access to the router.
