We are bidding for a project which involves using call centre support to contact around 1,000 former unemployed residents in Northern Ireland and make appointments with them for face-to-face interviews (delivered separately). The call centre support will then follow up after the face-to-face appointment to validate that it has taken place. Budget stated is a guideline - we are open to quotes.
