WPF Panel like telerik tileview

My name is Maxime, I'm a Software Engineer specialized in developping UI with WPF and Xaml. I've been at it for 6 years now (the whole duration of my career). I've worked for Ubisoft Montreal for 2 years as a Tools Programmer, developping production tools for all the aspects of making a video game. And I've worked for Emergensys for 4 years, developping the UI of the new generation of their flagship product, the CAD (Computer Assisted Dispatch). I was their in house WPF expert. To make a proper proposal, I would need to know what exactly you need done. I went to see the Telerik TileView, and it is a quite complex control. There is Docking with drag and drop, animation and it is very customizable. If you want the exact same control as Telerik, with all the features, I'm afraid you are not offering enough for the job, since it will take a lot of time to replicate. I made this proposal considering your budget. And what I will do is the basic control. There will be no animation, no docking (so no drag and drop), and it won't be as customizable as the Telerik TileView.
