I would like to hire a C# .NET Programmer Microsoft Bot Framework In the next hour please!

I am new to Microsoft Bot Framework and I have an urgent requirement to add speech recognition to a Bot using DirectLine channel connecting to a custom application. I need someone to help me to resolve this within the next 14 hours please. The Microsoft CognitiveServices Speech Recognition service (Bing Speech API) I am subscribed for is working perfectly in console and UWP applications and it it working for all modes: Microphone and real time and wav file as well. However when I try to run it in the "Bot Application" I face issues. The wav file attachment is working fine in the bot but the Microphone Input LongDictation mode I am not able to accomplish it. I tried to run in the Bot Emulator both version 3.5 and v4 also both in local host (without MicrosoftAppId and password in the [login to view URL]) and using the published Bot endpoint url (with MicrosoftAppId and password in the [login to view URL]) I tried the following: 1. Using Microsoft.ProjectOxford.SpeechRecognition-x64 and Microsoft.ProjectOxford.SpeechRecognition-x86 However I get error: which many people are getting as per the link [login to view URL] 2. Therefore I tried with the new [login to view URL] NuGet library, it is not giving [login to view URL] error but another error I could run the the samples in the link [login to view URL] but again with "Bot Application" I am not able to do so. 3. Also I tried with [login to view URL] based on the source: [login to view URL] But it seems that this library works only on .NET Core applications as it is not recognizing the CognitiveServicesSpeechRecognizer and when I try to add the its [login to view URL] assembly in the References it gives error message that it targets .NET Core applications only and since this is a “Bot Application” So what I need is to resolve one of these issues in order to run Speech Recognition (Microphone Long Dictation mode) in my bot.
