Hi,
i am looking for a simple but windows solution how to create an installer. This installer should be a demo for my needs, i will extend this code myself.
I need a demonstration
a) to create a folder inside c:\Program Files (x86)
b) register the software in registry so it is recognised as installed
c) make installed software uninstallable
again: i need a demonstration, you wont code a full app, you can deliver me proof of concept in easy understandable c# code. You are allowed to use pinvoke but nothing other than .net. Maximum net4.0 is allowed but preferable net3.5

I dont want to create .msi solutions. Why i need this demonstration is that i need my own GUI while doing setup. Also Visual Studio Setup Projects are not good because i cannot create them programmatically. My end objective is to create a generic INSTALLER software such as Advanced Installer or similar. I need my own GUI but a way to install any application programmatically into proper folders and registry needs to be done. I neeed proof-of-concept.
