Hello, Without many details on the application, I would need to take a look remotely, check the event logs, determine if there is an application error or a reason why the application is crashing, determine if it is a system service that is not running appropriately. It could be as simple as clearing the configuration files, clearing the temporary files, or clearing the registry settings for the application. Running System File Checker may also be a good place to start, in the event that a DLL was replaced with a version that isn't supported by the application.
