Lighting for 3d dungeon in unity

I bought a dungeon from cdtrader and I need to have the proper lighting done to it. It's already put together as a unity scene. All I need from you is to make fire particle effect for the torches in the dungeon and have them emit the light. I will supply the pictures and not the actual dungeon until I hire a freelancer to prevent possible piracy of my model. You have to have Unity 3d at least 2017 installed to be able to do this because I want the updated scene save and sent back to me. You have to have a very good Unity 3d lighting experience to able to that. I need this dungeon for a possible VR experience or game.
