Add functionality to a Sharepoint 2013 event receiver port to Sharepoint 2016

Dear Client, I have been working on SharePoint for 8+ years. I have experience with every version of SharePoint about SharePoint installation, configuration, development and integration with 3rd party tools. I understood that your code is in 2013 and now you want it in to 2016. It can be done. But before that I have a few questions. Could you answer my questions? 1. You had told in project explanation that the solution creates 3 configuration lists to set the url of folder, permission sets and, maps a SharePoint group with the permissions set. What kind of permission set? 2.I need to access to your current environment to make an estimate. Can you please provide me access to your environment?
