mc145106/ mb8719 micro control

i work with cb radios repairing and modding them, they use a pll system most use mb8719 pll chip the channel selector /input to the pll is in binary normaly 15 for ch 1as example and has 7 bit programming 64 32,16,8,4,2,1, so the output from the selector is 0001111 , the channels are 40 but cover a range of 45 (5 are missing by design) but if a pic is placed in between the selector and the pll you can alter the programming to the pll ie when on ch 1 the n code to pll will be 15 and when a pin on pic pulled hi the programming to pll will be ncode+45 ect , programming . so what i am after is some same code to get me up and running. binary/hex/electronics i understand no probs have a pickit 3 ect
