159772 Flash Video Converter

Hello everybody,

Basically, we need a small program to let people easily put their videos into their webpages. I.e. we need a program to convert MPEG4 files (AVI, MOV, MP4, MP3, 3GP and maybe some other formats I am unaware of - you must know it better than me) to compressed Flash Video files (.flv as I understand). There must be options to resize, shorten, reduce video/sound in quality etc (you must know better what options are there available). There also should be created a Flash video/audio player with up to 20 different styles users could choose among and put on their webpage to play the converted video/audio online.

Ultimately, we need a small program that will:

1. Convert selected video to Flash video.

2. Let user select video player look (i.e. skin).

3. "Insert" converted video into video player with selected look.

4. Output a special code for embedding Flash object of the video player with converted video into HTML webpage.

5. Output simple instructions on how to upload this HTML and Flash files to user's server.

The program must be compatible with various versions of Windows (Mac version would be also appreciated). Interface must be very user-friendly and in step-by-step manner (program will be used by people that don't understand much in it).

There must be created an installer/uninstaller for the program.

We need to tell everyone that the program DOES NOT require anything else to perform. That's why if the program requires some drivers/programs installed primarily to user's system, the installer should include such drivers/programs and should detect and silently install it if required. I can assume such situation may occur in case the program would be using ffmpeg or something like that (sorry, I don't understand much in it).

I also care much about the installer file size. It must be as small as possible.
