need a header and buttons built for a 4 wd website

My banner is verry simple I just nees to jazz it up a bit. Here is a start. The nav buttons will be the same o=as the border or we can use a header like the on found @ [login to view URL] you tell me which you think works better with my [login to view URL] need a gif image like this designed like the 2nd file. However it will need to be in colors that work with my site. The additional files that will set on the gif file are as [login to view URL] gif image should also include our name and phone number on the left side of the image. the file rivit is what i am looking for along the ebges of the border of the header. all images on the gif file need to sit on a transparent background.
