I need a structural engineer to provide detail engineering calculations to allocate suitable member sizes for a large dwelling.
CALCULATIONS STEP BY STEP are required TO BE SHOWN AS PART OF THE JOB for all structural members being primarily precast and steel I beams. The members will need to be sized efficiently and a MEMBER SCHEDULE will be required along with connection details.
Drawings have been prepared by an architect detailing layouts and elevations showing a clear indication of required spans.
Although the building is large; the structure is primarily square with simple shapes and areas.
